Merdeka.com - Nama Constance Wu tampaknya lagi jadi buah bibir. Apa lagi alasannya kalau bukan karena film Crazy Rich Asians yang ia bintangi? Constance tampil memukau dalam perannya sebagai Rachel Chu, seorang dosen Ekonomi yang kelimpungan begitu tahu kekasihnya adalah pewaris salah satu keluarga terkaya di Asia.

Selain aktingnya yang memikat, Constance juga tampil apik dengan gaun-gaun elegan yang tampak begitu pas di tubuh rampingnya. Dari sana lantas para penonton wanita jadi bertanya, apa rahasia bintang serial komedi Fresh Off The Boat itu.

Rajin olahraga lari 9,5 kilometer

Rajin olahraga jadi kunci Constance memiliki badan langsing. Olahraga favoritnya pun mudah, yakni lari. "Ketika aku sedang tidak bekerja, aku olahraga lari, sekitar 6 mil per hari," tuturnya saat diwawancarai Health (15/9).

Jika demikian, total jarak yang ditempuh Constance untuk berlari adalah sekitar 9,5 kilometer.

Rutin lari memang terbukti memiliki manfaat bagi tubuh. Mulai dari membakar kalori, meningkatkan kesehatan kardiovaskular, hingga membantu tubuh melawan depresi.

Berhubung rajin lari, setiap enam bulan sekali ia mengganti sepatu larinya. "Sepatu benar-benar mendukungku berolahraga, jadi aku bakal menggantinya setiap enam bulan," tutur Constance lagi.

Filosofi makan: Porsi tepat demi pikiran yang bahagia

Tentu saja tak cuma olahraga yang membuat badan wanita yang tampak awet muda di usia 36 tahun ini jadi indah. Ia juga mengatur asupan makanan yang masuk ke dalam tubuh.

Constance memang tak membatasi makan sesuatu. Namun, ia memahami bahwa porsi bisa menentukan apakah makanan tersebut membuatnya bahagia atau memicu stres.

"Filosofi makanku adalah memahami perbedaan antara pilihan bahagia atau stres. Satu batang cokelat itu menyenangkan, tapi kalau sepuluh batang itu bikin stres," katanya.

Jadi selain olahraga kardio, makan dengan porsi yang tepat itu memang perlu. Tak harus makan-makanan yang super sehat setiap waktu. Sesekali junk food boleh, asal tahu aturan.
