Academy Country Music Awards adalah sebuah acara penghargaan musik country tahunan yang diadakan di Amerika. Musik country memang masih sangat digemari oleh banyak warga Amerika, terlebih karena sast ini musik country sudah tercampur dengan elemen-elemen musik pop modern, yang membuatnya makin digemari banyak orang.

Nah, untuk edisi tahun ini, acara baru saja selesai dihelat hari ini, Senin (7/4) di MGM Grand Garden Hotel, Las Vegas. Secara mengejutkan, Taylor Swift yang masuk nominasi 'Female Vocalist of the Year', harus mengakui kekalahannya atas Miranda Lambert.

Sementara itau, Miranda juga menjadi woman of the match pada pagelaran ini dengan menggondol beberapa piala bergengsi lainnya. Kategori yang Ia menangkan antara lain, 'Single Record of The Year' untuk singlenya, Mama's Broken Heart, dan juga 'Vocal Event of The Year' akan duetnya bersama Keith Urban.
