Menteri Basuki: Jalan Tol Desari Akan Diperpanjang Sampai Bogor
Menteri PUPR, Basuki Hadimuljono mengatakan, rencananya pembangunan Tol Desari akan terus dilanjutkan sampai Salabenda, Kabupaten Bogor sepanjang 6,5 kilometer (Km) dan akan terkoneksi dengan Tol Bogor Outer Ring Road (BORR).
The Depok-Antasari (Desari) Toll Road Section II Brigif-Sawangan has been completed. The Desari Toll Road will open to the public on Friday (3/7) to connect the strategic urban metropolitan areas of the Greater Jakarta area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi).
PUPR Minister, Basuki Hadimuljono said, the planned development of the Desari Toll Road will continue until Salabenda, Bogor Regency along 6.5 kilometers (Km) and will be connected to the Bogor Outer Ring Road Toll (BORR). Later, this toll will reduce the Jagorawi Toll traffic burden and accelerate the travel time of residents in South Jakarta to Bogor.
"Jalan tol ini sejajar dengan Tol Jagorawi, sehingga nanti kalau jalan tol ini tersambung sampai di Bogor, maka sekitar sepertiga arus lalu lintas di Jagorawi akan pindah ke sini terutama bagi pengendara yang melintasi Kebayoran-Pasar Minggu menuju Bogor," ujar Menteri Basuki dalam siaran pers, Minggu (5/7).
Tol Desari Seksi II memiliki panjang 6,3 Km dengan empat gerbang yakni Gerbang Krukut 1 (keluar tol), Gerbang Krukut 4 (masuk tol), Gerbang Sawangan 1 (keluar tol) dan Gerbang Sawangan 4 (masuk tol) yang berakhir di jalan nasional Jalan Raya Sawangan, Jawa Barat.
Tol Desari Seksi II merupakan bagian dari Tol Desari Seksi 1 Antasari-Brigif yang telah diresmikan Presiden Joko Widodo pada 27 September 2018 lalu. Tol Desari memiliki total keseluruhan panjang 21,60 Km dan terbagi menjadi 3 seksi.
Namely, Section I Antasari-Brigif along 5.80 km, Section II Brigif-Sawangan along 6.30 km, Section III Sawangan-Bojong Gede along 9.50 km which is targeted to operate in January 2021.

It is hoped that the operation of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) toll road with JORR II can solve the problem of traffic congestion that connects the city of Jakarta with surrounding cities, such as Depok and Bogor.
Desari Toll Road concession is carried out by PT Citra Waspphutowa which is a subsidiary of PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada (CMNP) with majority shares owned by PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada (CMNP) by 62.50%, PT Waskita Toll Road by 25% and PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) of 12.50%.
The Toll Road Concession Agreement was signed on May 29, 2006 and amended on June 7, 2011. The Desari Toll Road concession period is 40 years from the issuance of the Commencement Letter of Construction (SPMK).
